that person of a dangerous drug;

the conviction of that person
for an offence under this

Ordinance;
the care, treatment or rehabilita-
tion of that person by reason
of his use of a dangerous drug;
"drug abuser" means a person who is the
subject of any confidential information;
"employee"

means any public officer employed

(i) the Narcotics Division of
the Security Branch of the
Government; or
(ii)
the Data Processing Division
of the Administration Branch of
