It would also be very helpful to have your comments on the points raised in the third paragraph of Bailey's letter on a possible privilege claim on the grounds of the class of the document concerned independent of the sensitivity of the document or its possible value to parties to the litigation. In particular, I should be grateful to have your views on the documents covered by categories (b) and (c) of paragraph 3 of my letter of 15 July. How far would Hong Kong considerations
uphold such a view?
