The medical evidence shows the track of both of these

bullets through the body to be close to horizontal.

In my

opinion therefore, the body was bent forward at the time the bullet

left the body at E1 whilst the deceased had his back to the wall on

which the switch was situated.

The bullet which caused the damage to the drawer was

travelling nearly horizontally and at a shallow angle to the front

of the unit. In order to produce the damage, the entry wound E5,

exit wound E3 and the damage to the drawer unit must have been at

approximately the same height i.e. 16" above the ground

the deceased had his back to the window.

The deceased therefore, had his back to two different walls

when the bullets E1 and E3 left the body.

From my various examinations, I am satisfied that the

damage to the clothing and wounds to the deceased were produced by

self-inflicted gun shot wounds caused by five discharges from the

revolver RHKP 4894.
