There was sufficient material for me to determine the various personal idiosyncrasies, of which I made notes. I compared the relevant personal habits from the notes made on the handwriting of the alleged suicide note with those made on the handwriting of the letter. I then considered each of the possible alternatives of production described previously and eliminated each one. My opinion is that I am in no doubt that the writer of the letter dated 2nd January 1980 also wrote the alleged suicide note dated 15.1.80.
