Hong Kong Commission Enquiry Detective Inspector John Richard Maclennan
I have given over seven thousand opinions on authorship of handwriting in dispute and identification of typewriters, in the past fifteen years. I have attended courts of law over one thousand times in order to give oral expert evidence in
these subjects. I am not connected with any police or Government laboratory and receive instructions mainly on behalf of banks, insurance companies, industry and commerce, local and national governments in the United Kingdom and thirty six other countries.
