Dear Sir,
I am to refer to my letter of 14th November and to advise you that, on reconsideration and in the light of your memorandum to the Commissioner of Police of 24th November, it has been decided that your services should not be terminated with effect from 4th Tecember by payment of one montik salary in licu of notice.
Any personal inconvenience or distress which my earlier letter may have caused you is sincerely regretted.
