11. The Ordinances mentioned in column 1 of the Third
Schedule are amended in the provisions mentioned in column 2
by deleting the words mentioned in column 3 and substituting
the words mentioned in column 4.

PART V
GENERAL
12. (1) Where a cause or matter commenced in the High Court before the coming into operation of sections 2(1) and 3 is brought within the jurisdiction of the District Court by the
operation of those sections, the High Court may transfer the
cause or matter to the District Court.

(2) Where an action or matter commenced in the District Court before the coming into operation of sections 2(1) and 3 is brought within the jurisdiction of the District Court by the operation of those sections, the District Court may refuse to make an order under section 39(1) of the District Court Ordinance
