6. The Legitimacy Ordinance is amended in section 2
by deleting the definition of "Court" and substituting the
following
""Court" means the Supreme Court or the District
Court;".

7. The Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance
is amended
(a) in section 2(1), by deleting the definition of
"court" and substituting the following
""court" means the Supreme Court or the
District Court;";
(b) by adding after section 2 the following
