by adding after subsection (13) the following

(3) The District Court Ordinance is amended
(a) in section 50, by deleting "of eight per cent
per annum, or at such other rate as may be
prescribed," and substituting the following
"fixed by the Chief Justice by notice
published in the Gazette"; and
(b) by adding after section 73 the following
"Amendment of limits of jursidiction.
73A. The amounts mentioned in sections
32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 41, 52 and 69 may be
amended by resolution of the Legislative
Council.".
