(2) Members of the family of an officer or
employee of the Visa Office forming part of his household
shall receive the privileges and immunities provided
in this Ordinance from the time from which the officer
or employee enjoys privileges and immunities in accordance
with subsection (1) or from the time of the entry of the
member of the family into Hong Kong or from the time of
becoming a member of such family, whichever is the latest.

(3) When the functions of officer or employee of
the Visa Office have come to an end, his privileges and
immunities and those of a member of his family forming
part of his household shall cease at the time when the
officer or employee leaves Hong Kong or on the expiry
of a reasonable time, whichever is the sooner.

(4) In respect of acts performed by officer or
employee of the Visa Office in the exercise of his
functions, immunity from jurisdiction shall continue
to subsist without limitation of time.
(5) In the event of the death of an officer or
employee of the Visa Office, the members of his family
forming part of his household shall continue to enjoy
the privileges and immunities accorded to them until
they leave Hong Kong or until the expiry of a reasonable
time, whichever is the sooner.
