Tony Aust brought this file in he
had been asked by HKGD whether urgent comment could be given today. Miss Wilmshurst, to whom the minute is addressed, is attending an INMARSAT Conference, and obviously has not yet had an opportunity to look in at the office. Tony Aust asked the reason for the urgency and was told that this arose because David Wilson is going on leave soon.
