Miss LIANG was informed that she was not allowed to
enter Hong Kong but she would be allowed to proceed to China via 'Lowu
under immigration escort the following morning. She remained in our
airport reception room during the evening where meals and over-night
facilities were adequately provided. She enjoyed free movement
within the reception room where drinking water was available and it
was not true that she was kept under surveillance while using the
toilet facilities.

Miss LIANG left the airport at 9.50 a.m. on 21-9-1981
to proceed to Lowu by train under immigration escort. The total
time she was actually confined to the reception room was about
