ANNEX TO XCR (81) 164
TO
Amend the Immigration Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration
(Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1981.
Addition of new section
66 and Schedule. (Cap. 115.)
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding
after section 65 the following
"Transitional provisions.
66. The Schedule shall have effect
for the purposes of transition to the
provisions of this Ordinance from the
provisions of the following Ordinances
repealed by this Ordinance, namely
(Cap. 239, Revised Edition 1964.)
(Cap. 240, Revised
Edition 1964.)
(a) Deportation (British Subjects)
Ordinance;
(b) Deportation of Aliens Ordinance;
and
(Cap. 243, Revised
(c)
Edition 1964.)
Immigration (Control and Offences)
