(a) It is difficult to find the person qualified in this field who is
known to us and who can be trusted to stay with us for sometime.
For the moment, we do not require a very senior person for this
post. Local candidates are normally experience personel officer
and have to be placed at the senior position with the high salary.
(b)
The post has not been advertised as we knew Miss Lei Ion Peng
and her family and was aware that she had completed her courses
at the Hong Kong Baptist College.
