Miss Lei Lon Peng
Please refer to your letter of 2 July 1981 concerning the above-naned.
After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that Miss Lei's application for extension of stay to take up employment as Administrative Assistant in Fook Wah Kun Kee Knitting Factory Ltd has been refused because she has not proved that she is qualified to take such post. We are also unable to allow her to stay with her mother and brother in Hong Kong because most of her family members are all living in Macau at present.
As Miss Lei's stay in Hong Kong will expire on 31-8-1981, I am prepared to grant her two weeks extension of stay as a visitor. so that she could arrange her departure for Macau.
Please advise her to call at my office with her passport for the necessary immigration formalities as soon as possible.
