Kong Identity Card No.0195008 issued to her when she obtained

permission from the Director of Immigration to follow a

course of studies in Hong Kong. I produce the same marked "C".

Kong since 1977. I completed the Business Management course

and all requirements for the Diploma in Ke Faculty of Business

on 26th June, 1981 and Diploma will be awarded officially

in November, 1981. I produce the copy of Certificate from

the President of Hong Kong Baptist College marked "D" and marked """".

By a letter dated 25th June, 1981, Fook Wah Kun

Kee Knitting Factory Limited has offered me employment and

they are prepared to act as my sponsor. I produce the ceme macked "D-d "

In reply to the letter dated 7th August, 1981

addressed to Mr. Ling Hoi Sang, the Director of Fook Wah

Kim Kee Knitting Factory Limited, he had given his reasons

why I have been proposed for the said post. I produce the

said two letters marked "E" and "F" respectively.

In addition to my ability to fit the said post,

I submit the following additional facts for your kind

consideration.

In the letter dated 28th August, 1981 from the

Director of Immigration. It was mentioned that my application

has been refused :-
