2.
I am your humble petitioner.
On the 2nd day of July 1980 Solicitors who are
engaged on my behalf filed an application to the Director of
Immigration for an employment visa/change of Status with relevant
documents in support of the same. But by a letter dated
28th August, 1981, which was received by my Solicitors on the
1st day of September, 1981; I was informed that my said
application has been refused as I have not proved that I am
qualified to take such post. I now produce the said application marked "A" and the letter from the Director of Immigration
marked "B".
3.
In the premises I now set forth the reasons upon which
I request your Excellency in Council to rescind the said decision
of refusal for extension of stay to take up employment as Administrative Assistant in Fook Wah Kun Kee Knitting Factory
Limited, in Kowloon.
