demand whatsoever of the Assignor therein and thereto

EXCEPT AND RESERVED as in the said Conditions and the said

Assignmont No.836747 aro rospectivoly oxcoptod and roserved

TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee absolutely SUBJECT to

and with the benefit of the said Conditions and SUBJECT to

the existing lettings and tenancies thereof (if any) and

to the payment of the hereinafter mentioned of the determined

Instalment of premium for the grant of the Crown Lease and

the determined Crown rent and the performance and observance

of the terms and conditions contained in the said Conditions

so far as they relate to the hereby assigned premises

AND SUBJECT to and with the benefit of the Deeds of Mutual

Covenant so far as they relate to the hereby assigned premises

and to all rights of way easements and appurtenances affecting

the said premises and the said building AND the Assignor

so far as relates to the said premises hereby assigned but

not further or otherwise hereby covenants with the Assignee

that the Assignor and all persons lawfully or equitably

claiming under or in trust for the Assignor shall at all times

hereafter at the request cost and charges of the Assignee do

all acts and execute and sign all such assurances and things

as may be reasonably required for further or better assuring

all or any of the said premises unto the Assignee AND the

Assignee hereby covenants with the Assignor that the Assignee

will whenever called upon so to do by the Land Officer take

up or join with the owners for the time being of the other

undivided parts or shares of and in the said premises and
