of the covenants and conditions respectively contained in
a Deed of Mutual Covenant dated the 13th day of July 1961

exclusive right and privilege to hold use occupy and enjoy
ALL THAT FLAT NO 324 on the THIRD FLOOR of the said
PEONY HOUSE WEST BLOCK (which said Flat is shown coloured Pink
marked No.324 on the plan annexed to an Assignment dated the
24th day of September 1971 and rogistered in the Land Office
by Memorial No.836747) And all rights rights of way privileges easements and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining.
