British Nationality Bill 1981: Letter from Mr. Wong Tin-fat
I enclose the original of a letter, written in Chinese, addressed to the Prime Minister by Mr. Wong Tin-fat, a Hong Kong resident, commenting on the British Nationality Bill. An English translation is also enclosed.
The letter was apparently mailed direct to London and subsequently sent to us by bag from FCO. In accordance with the usual practice I recommend we should reply on behalf of the Prime Minister and I enclose a draft for your consideration.
