The Prime Minister has seen the/ Home Secretary's minute to her of 4 June/on the question of whether or not distinctive citizen- ship could or should be created for a particular dependent territory, such as the Falkland Islands. The Prime Minister agrees with the Home Secretary that we should continue to argue for composite citizenship for all the dependent territories.
I am sunding copies of this letter to the Private Secretaries to the Members of OD and to David Wright (Cabinet Office).
