(c) the words "section 5A(1)" in paragraph (b)
of subsection (1) of section 5 shall be
replaced by the words "section 5A(2)";
(a) the references in paragraph (b) of subsection (2)
of section 5 and in paragraph (b) of subsection
(1) of section 9 to the Immigration Act 1971
shall be construed as being references to the
immigration laws of the relevant territory;
(e) the words "citizen of the British Dependent
Territories" in subsection (2) of section 7 shall
be replaced by the words "British Citizen";
(f) the reference in paragraph (b) of subsection (2).
