an entitlement for CBDT wives of British citizens to be registered as British
citizens (item (c) in paragraph 2 above).
Taking this advice together with the fall back positions
set out in this brief, the minimum package must include:
(a)
the amendment set out in Appendix 1 to
this brief; plus
(b)
the third amendment set out in Annex D
to the Aide Memoire; plus
(c)
the amendment set out in Annex C to the
Aide Memoire.

It may also be necessary to seek to have a further amendment moved to add "Hong Kong" to the Stanbrook amendment (item (a)(vii) in paragraph 2 above).
