(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1) the provisions of
(a) subsection (5) of section 1;
(b) paragraphs (d) and (e) of subsection (3) of
section 3.
(c) paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 7; and
(d) that part of paragraph (f) of section 12 after
the words "section 1(4)" and ending with the
words "the Adoption Act 1976",
shall not apply to any of the dependent territories
specified in the first column of Schedule 6.
