If this meeting is going to replace this afternoon's
session I would like to put on record a little more
about a licencee's programme obligations.
May I make one more brief legal point which Neal
reminds me of and which we should make and that is
you are aware that the Articles of Association of RTV involves certain pre-emptive rights of the existing
shareholders on transfer of shares. As a matter
of formality, a waiver of that has been obtained
from the other minority shareholders and their
acceptance of this.

That presumably is in the Board's minutes which
as yet we have not received. Sir Sidney Gordon said they would provide a copy. We are getting on so well that we are wondering whether we need
to have a full meeting with transcript facilities
this afternoon, if Mr. Watt can get his points
across now.
