In addition to, and without in any way .ing, the undertaking set out in Clause (a), RHK undertakes to use all reasonable
to ensure that RTV's trading losses
available to RTV for taxation continue to be purposes after settlement.

Rediffusion warrants the accuracy of all warranties made herein by RHK and/or HTL, guarantees the performance by RHK and HTL of their respective obligations hereunder and further undertakes to use its best endeavours to ensure the performance by RTV of all acts, matters and things which it is contemplated by this document will be done or performed by RTV.
13.
CC agrees to use its best endeavours to ensure that any lease or tenancy of the Land entered into by RTV after settlement will be so entered into on an arm's length basis and will be for a term ending not earlier than the date of expiry of RTV's present television licence.
14.
All Hong Kong stamp duties payable in connection with the transactions hereby contemplated shall be payable by CC.
Subject as aforesaid each
of the parties shall pay its own costs and expenses incurred in connection herewith, including (in the case of CC) any costs and expenses associated with the involvement of Coopers and Lybrand as contemplated by Clause 3(a).
