HONG KONG RELAY_STATIONr Howard. However I have included it. 1. Your minute of 26 August refers. I Masearte attach a draft reply to Mr Howard's letter on which I should be grateful for your comments. I have tried to keep the letter very short to avoid inviting a reply. It is of course a matter for you to decide, but I feel that a reminder to Mr Howard of the BBC's undertaking to supply technical/ commercial information might prolong the correspondence.
