(c) Expenses in Hong Kong Cost of single accommodation
is met by HKG. Individuals receive the normal HKG/UPGC subsistence, and pay their own costs (e.g. meals). HKG provide ground transport to meet flights and to visit institutions.
CNAA on-costs
HKG will pay CNAA a fee to meet the CNAA staff
and office costs associated with each visit. The fee will be calculated annually in arrears (e.g. for visits in 1981 on 1980 salaries) and will assume
(a) three weeks work of the Chief Officer and a
Registrar, expressed as 53% of salary,
superannuation and National Insurance;
(b) Supporting and other costs at 2 of (a).

The fee will be payable for each single visit. In the case of visits covering more than one award, the first shall be at 100%, and all additional concurrent exercises at 50%.
