4 Mr Barber felt that the exhibition provided an ideal opportunity to make the potential donors, who would be attending, aware of the agencies' particular projects which where in operation or were being planned. A booklet could be prepared containing details of, perhaps, five schemes per agency and a draft of an introduction to such a booklet and the sort of detail which might be included for each scheme was circulated to the meeting.
5 It was agreed that a booklet should be produced and that the response was likely to be more positive if the booklet was professionally produced. A quotation had been obtained which would require approximately £50 from each agency. Contributions for the booklet and any suggested amendment to the draft introduction should be sent to BCAR by 26 August at the latest.
