I am most grateful to bir Arthur for the invitation to attend as observer at your Advisory Council meetings. I look forward to hearing from you details of your next meeting.
I shall also be delighted, of course, to join in meetings of the Joint Committee whenever ir Authur or members feel that I can contribute to discussions. Do please let me know when such occasion arises.
