(a) Sickness benefits
The two relatively more common suggestions were: (1) the scheme to
provide income allowance to participants sick for more than four months;
(2) the income allowance provided by the scheme should exceed half of
their monthly salary. (page 50)

the maximum amount of loan; (2) the interest rate should be low. (page 53)
Level of contribution
55.9% were not prepared to pay more than 2% of their salary as
contribution even if the modifications they suggested to the scheme were
implemented. As regards those willing to pay more, the maximum percentage
of salary they were prepared to pay as contribution averaged 5.3%. (page 54)
