1. Thank you for your letter of 30 December 1980 to Philip Morrice and for the copies you enclosed of Labour Department reports.

I am sorry that it was not made clear in Mr Morrice's letter of 5 September, but we had in fact received typescript copies of the 1978 report.
What we wanted was the printed version which, I assume from your letter, has not been published. Should this report be printed, the Overseas Labour Adviser and ourselves would be pleased to receive copies in due course.
