(ii) for the purpose of embarking upon a train
of which he is a train crew member or train
passenger;
any bona fide train passenger awaiting an outward
train journey in any area reserved for passengers
which is within a restricted area.
(2)
No person shall be exempt from the provisions
of regulation 5 by virtue of paragraph (1) unless
(a)
being a train crew member, he is in possession
of a valid railway personnel pass issued
pursuant to an agreement between the general
manager and the Guangzhou Railway Administration;
(1) being a departing passenger, he is in possession
of a valid travel document and a valid ticket;
(c) being an arriving passenger, he is in possession
of a valid travel document; and
(a) the train
(i) from which he has disembarked; or
(ii) upon which he is embarking or awaiting,
is a through train travelling from or to The
People's Republic of China.
