Basic Terrs

9. Teams have not yet been finalised but are unlikely to be substantially different from the following:

(a) 769-769 Nathan Road

(1) Term: The residue of 75 years (renewable for

75 years) fron 26th August 1929.

(ii) Area: 171 (1,341 square feet or thereabouts).

(iii) Crown Rent: $1,000 p.a.

(iv) User restriction: lass fransit Railway Entrance

and non-industrial purposes

(with restriction for residential punyoses only above first floor level).

(v) Special Development Conditions : -

(a) No part of any building to be erected to exceed

a height of 51.5 m P.D.

(b) The conditions of grant will contain a "design

and disposition" clause requiring development to be subject to the special approval of the Director of Fublic Vorks.

(vi) A building covenant of $620,000 will be included to

be fulfilled within 36 months from the date of grant.

(b) 241 Cheung Sha Wan Road

(i) Tern : 75 years renewable for 24 years less

3 days from 1st July 1898

(ii) area: 100 (1,076 square feet or thereabouts)

(iii) Crowm Rent: $1,000 p.2.

(iv) User Restriction: Hon-industrial purposes (with

restriction for residential purposes only above first floor level).

(v) Special Development Conditions:

(a) No part of any building to be crected to

exoned & height of 15.5 m (150 feet) P.D.

(b) The conditions of grens will contain a "design

and disposition" cleuce renuining development to be subject to the social approval of the Dinecion of Tblic Yorke.

(vi) A building covenut of 1560,000 will be included

to be fulfilled with 36 month from the date of sment.
