Development Conditions
(i)
An MTR Station will be located in the area
shown coloured pink hatched red on the plan,
(ii)
A ground level bus terminus and taxi and public light bus station will be located within the area shown coloured pink hatched black and pink cross hatched black on the plan.
(iii) Within the areas coloured partly pink partly pink hatched black and partly pink cross hatched black and marked Plot A on the said plan a Non-industrial building or buildings as follows:-
residential accommodation comprising not more than five and not less than
(a)
(b)
3 multi-storey blocks containing
not more than 1, 264 residential flats
or units with a total gross floor area not exceeding 57, 458 square metres; and
commercial accommodation com-
prising not more than 4, 550 square metres gross floor area.
Alienation and Management
This lot will be granted to MTRC subject to similar requirements as applied to Kwai Hing Station and noted in paragraph 5 of this memorandum,

For the construction of a transport interchange, funds are provided under the Public Works Non-Recurrent Vote. A project estimate of $43, 5 million for the construction of a Government office block and other Government facilities has been approved by Finance Committee. This cost of $43,5 million will be met by the MTRC and offset by an equivalent reduction in the site premium.
