c)
is independently received from a third party lawfully in possession of
such information, which information is not subject to a secrecy
obligation.
The terms of this article shall remain in force for a period of 15 years
from the date of this Agreement.
ARTICLE 8
Each party shall be
responsible for its own costs incurred in the
preparation of the Proposal (s) hereunder, for its respective scope of
supply and in carrying out the activities covered by this Agreement.
ARTICLE 9
Neither party shall assign any of its rights and obligations under this
Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
ARTICLE 10
Neither party shall have any claim against
against the other arising from the
failure of the parties to obtain a Contract(s) for the Project.
ARTICLE 11
This Agreement shall become effective upon signature by the parties hereto.
This Agreement shall be for an initial term of 12 (twelve) months from the
date hereof and shall be autematically reneved for a successive term of 12
(twelve) months, unless terminated by either party at the end of any such
successive tern, subject to 2 (two) ponths prior written notice.
