FRAMATONE shall be responsible for the Tuelear. Island and related services
and for the Fuel supply (and related services) for the first loads and for
the re-loads specified in the Contract and CFC shall be responsible for the
Conventional Island and related services in the Contract(s) obtained for
the Project.
ARTICLE 2

During the period of this Agreement, CEC and FRAMATOME
refrain from collaborating in any way or entering into agreements with any
third party as regards the Project, without the prior written consent of
the other party hereto. Furthermore, CEC and FRAMATOME each agrees that it
shall not directly or indirectly become involved in any way, or participate
with any competitor of the other in any marketing, tender or contract
activity related to the Project. The provisions of this Article are not
intended to restrict either Party from obtaining quotations for components
and engineering services within their respective scope of supply as stated
in Clause 1.
ARTICLE 3
a) The parties shall collaborate in determining the format and contents of
the Proposal(s) to be submitted to the Client, and in the preparation of
such sections as contract conditions, overall delivery and construction
schedule, facilities to be provided by Client, project management,
quality assurance
financing program,
training arrangements,
personnel, start-up operations and plant commissioning.
