Exchange views on Contract Strategy and Project Management. Mr. Chen suggested that for the present, attention should centre around a method whereby CLP and GPC could retain overall control of the project.

The few basic questions should be agreed and settled by the two sides. If agreement could be reached, the Draft Agreement
should be signed.
Training of GPC personnel.
Mr. Chen wished to thank Mr. Stones and CLP for the training programme which was very carefully thought out. GPC would inform CIP of the date of arrival of these engineers.
