After receipt of telegram INDUS 120 of 24 September from BTC Hong Kong to the Department of Industry, we have been looking here for further indications of the current French position. I enclose copies of minutes by Jolyon Kay and Len Appleyard which throw light on that. We may send further comments by letter or telegram.
