The four Working Subcommittees, viz, Economics Subcommittee, Site Selection Subcommittee, Equipment Subcommittee and System Design Sub-committee are formed. These Working Subcommittees will work under the guidance of the Management Group on the
studies and respective
investigations and will draft the
relevant

GPC and CLP agreed that :
The Executive Committee will be a temporary organisation jointly set up by GPC and CLP to study the feasibility of the construction of a nuclear power station in Guangdong in accordance with the provisions of the Law of PRC on Joint
and Foreign Ventures Using Chinese Investment. The work will be performed in the principle of equality, mutual benefit and friendly consultation.
The objectives of the Executive Committee will be as follows :

To establish and control all subordinate working groups carrying out the feasibility study;
