2. In general comment Mr Blaker could say that the film idea looks quite promising; the Run Run Shaw studios produce many English language films for export. The mortgage finance project is certainly worth pursuing. There is a good deal of outward Hong Kong investment in property-related ventures. Whether institutions would be interested in this venture would, of course, depend on the terms, profitability, etc.
Mr Wise can advise Mr Oyston on contracts. I do not therefore think Mr Blaker need go into any detail on that.
