With this purpose in mind BS and UCMIC STATE THEIR INTENT to cooperate in future on the following basis:
A. Both parties will attempt to solicit newbuilding
orders, which can be undertaken jointly, on condition that their own individual interests are not
prejudiced.
B. Where it is desirable, each corporation will be
prepared to install marine equipment manufactured
by the other and to assist with the marketing of each other's products, provided that each party benefits from this arrangement.
