I should be content for the agenda item on Hong Kong to be entirely oral, since the discussion at the next meeting is the most important part of this exercise. Your suggestion as to what you would cover in your opening statement seems fine and I look forward to a stimulating discussion. I agree your suggested line to take with enquirers on this subject, which is absolutely in line with our thinking.
