Mr Keith Stainton (Sudbury and Woodbridge): To ask the Lord Privy Seal, in view of the Export Credit Guarantee Department's export credit facility to Castle Park power station scheduled to mature in 2002 and the possibility of future export credits of this king, if he will make a statement on the future of the lease from China of the New Territories, Hong Kong due to expire in 1997.
