IF SO, ITS VALIDITY CAN QUICKLY BE ESTABLISHED BY LEGISLATION.
THIS WOULD BE NO PROBLEM AND WOULD NOT NEED TO REFER TO CON-
TINUING BRITISH ADMINISTRATION.

ONLY, BUT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWABLE EACH YEAR UNLESS LAND REQUIRED
