I have made some amendments to the bric problem is to get a tidy and clear set of papers for the meetings with UMELCO, the Urban Council and the Press.

I take it that Brief No 17 (I think this should be the correct number) is intended to cover all the points likely to be raised by UMELCO?

I have re-drafted the paragraphs dealing with the Urban Council and the Press Conference to make clear that the same piece of paper will do for both. I do not think that we need specifically refer back to Brief No 13 on District Administration.
