The programmes are being circulated separately with the relevant briefing documents.
3. TRAVEL
(a)
Detailed travel arrangements are shown at Appendix II.
(b) The party will use the North Suite at Gatwick Airport on their departure on 2 January and the Alcock and Brown Suite at London Airport on return to UK on 18 January. Any communication with the Airports about these VIP suites should only be made via the following officials:-
