I understand you have already had a letter from our Ambassador in Rangoon suggesting arrangements for calls there. For the rest, might I suggest that you contact the Head of South-East Asian Department, Kevin Burns, (telephone 233 3078) who will be happy to set up a
briefing session for you. And if you could let him know
the dates of your visits to the other countries mentioned
in your letter, he will arrange for our Posts to be
alerted. I know they will gladly do what they can to
assist you.
