My wife and I will be spending a week in Hong Kong beginning Saturday Mr Donald 31st October, as I have various duties to perform in connection with the BUPA branch there.
I am also of course very interested in the political situation there,
and
I wondered whether it would be possible for your Office to arrange for us to have the privilege of meeting the Governor for a short time during our stay.
