1. I advised you in my minute of 11 January (copy attached) of Mr Batchelor's intention to visit Hong Kong this month.
2. Mr Batchelor will arrive in Hong Kong on 16 February and stay for 8 or 9 days. He will stay initially at the Hong Kong Hotel. The seminar mentioned in my earlier minute is planned for 18-21 February.
3. Mr Batchelor is hoping to see Mr Rowlands, preferably before the seminar begins.
